Basement Apartment Builders Creating Legal Secondary Suites in Hamilton, & Ancaster.

Trusted Local Contractors Delivering Exceptional Craftsmanship in Hamilton.

A basement apartment is one of the smartest investments a homeowner can make, and it is one of the most requested builds we take on in Hamilton, Ancaster and Dundas. We build legal secondary suites and in-law suites with separate entrances, egress windows, proper ceiling heights, fire separation, soundproofing and full kitchens and bathrooms, permitted and inspected to Ontario code. Whether you are adding rental income or making room for family, we build basement suites that pass inspection and hold up to daily use for decades.

We have worked with Dan from Waffles Construction for a couple of focused projects and now always keep him in mind when we have new ideas big or small. Waffles recently insulated and installed sanded birch plywood paneling inside our outbuilding, to convert a space into a functional and beautiful all-year round studio. He is thoughtful, timely, and fair -- overall I am appreciative by his willingness to take on different challenges to make your projects a reality. Highly recommend.
