project CUMBERLAND

Cumberland was a basement build out in Hamilton that turned unfinished space into a full lower level suite. We framed and insulated the space, ran new plumbing and electrical for a three piece bathroom, and laid out a bedroom, a hallway and built in storage under the stairs.

The bathroom is the feature: a corner shower in glossy green stack tile behind frameless glass, matte black rain and handheld fixtures, a wood floating vanity and a round backlit mirror. Pot lights, wide trim and new doors carry the finish level of the main floor down into the basement.
