project REXFORD

Rexford was a full bathroom renovation in Hamilton. The homeowners wanted to lose the old tub surround and gain a proper walk in shower, so we took the room back to the studs, reworked the plumbing, waterproofed the shower area and tiled it in large format porcelain.

The new shower has a frameless glass enclosure, a built in bench and recessed niches, with a patterned accent band running up the wall. A navy vanity with a quartz top, a backlit LED mirror and new wood look flooring finished the room, and we handled the demolition, plumbing, tile and finishing in house.
