The Price Court project was a full main floor renovation in Hamilton. The original layout closed off the kitchen from the two storey living space, so we took out the dividing walls, reframed the openings and rebuilt the great room around a linear gas fireplace with a solid wood mantel that sits under the full height window wall.

From there our crew handled every stage in house: custom cabinetry with a navy island and quartz counters, wide plank white oak flooring, new pot lighting and electrical, a refinished open staircase, and a black and gold powder room. One team, one point of contact, from demolition through final paint.
